“Moses was tending the flock of his father-in-law Jethro . . . he came to Horeb, the mountain of God. There an angel of the Lord appeared to him in fire flaming out of a bush . . . though on fire, was not consumed. So Moses decided, “I must go over to look at this remarkable sight, and see why the bush is not burned” . . . God called out to him from the bush, “Moses! Moses” . . . Come no nearer! Remove the sandals from your feet, for the place where you stand is holy ground.” Exodus 3:1-5.

“I beg you to recommend to everyone, first Adoration of Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament, and then reverence for most holy Mary.” St. John Bosco.

Father, forgive us for the lack of reverence for what is holy; for getting too used and failing to give due respect to You and what You have decreed as sacred and holy. Give us the grace to approach You and all the sacred with awe and befitting reverence. Amen.

"Moisés estaba cuidando el rebaño de su suegro Jetro... llego a Horeb, la montaña de Dios. Allí se le apareció un ángel del Señor en fuego que salía de un arbusto. . . aunque en llamas, no se consumió. Entonces Moisés decidió: "Debo ir a mirar esta vista extraordinaria, y ver por qué el arbusto no se quema". . . Dios lo llamó desde la zarza: "¡Moisés! Moisés" . . . ¡No te acerques! Quítate las sandalias de los pies, porque el lugar donde estás parado es tierra santa". Éxodo 3:1-5.

"Les ruego que recomienden a todos, primero la adoración de Jesús en el Santísimo Sacramento, y luego la reverencia por María Santísima". San Juan Bosco.

Padre, perdónanos por la falta de reverencia por lo que es santo; por acostumbrarse demasiado y no darte el debido respeto a Ti y a lo que has decretado como sagrado y santo. Danos la gracia de acercarnos a Ti y a todo lo sagrado con asombro y reverencia digna. Amén.
