“He summoned the crowd again and said to them, “Hear me, all of you, and understand. Nothing that enters one from outside can defile that person; but the things that come out from within are what defile.” Mark 7:14-16.

“All of us can attain to Christian virtue and holiness, no matter in what condition of life we live, and no matter what our life work may be.” St. Francis de Sales.

Lord Jesus, purify and strengthen my “inner person” that all that may spring from there may be pure and holy and not defile others. Amen.

"Volvió a convocar a la multitud y les dijo: "Escúchenme, todos ustedes, y entiendan. Nada de lo que entra a uno desde afuera puede profanar a esa persona; Pero las cosas que salen de dentro son las que contaminan". Marcos 7:14-16.

"Todos nosotros podemos alcanzar la virtud y la santidad cristianas, sin importar en qué condición de vida vivamos, y sin importar cuál sea el trabajo de nuestra vida". San Francisco de Sales.

Señor Jesús, purifica y fortalece mi "persona interior" para que todo lo que pueda brotar de allí sea puro y santo y no contamine a los demás. Amén.
