“What was from the beginning, what we have heard, what we have seen with our eyes, and what we have looked upon and touched with our hands, concerns the Word of Life – for the life was made visible; we have seen it and testify to it and proclaim to you the eternal life that was with the Father, and made visible to us.” 1 John 1:1-2.

“Always be convincing witnesses to the truth. ‘Stir into a flame the gift of God’ that has been bestowed upon you in Baptism. Light your nation – light the world – with the power of that flame.” Pope St. John Paul II.

Our Father, Your plan from the beginning was to give us Your Son, and to give us to Him, our life. We thank You for the brave men and women who testified from the beginning - God come in the flesh. By Your grace, may we live this testimony daily - God is among us, blessing His people. Amen.

"Aqui tienen lo que era desde el principio, lo que hemos oído, lo que hemos visto con nuestros ojos, y tocado con nuestras manos, me refiero a la Palabra de Vida, porque la vida se hizo visible;  hemos visto la Vida eterna,  hablamos de ella, y se la anunciamos aquella que estaba con el Padre, y que nos ha sido manifestada". 1 Juan 1:1-2.

"Sean siempre testigos convincentes de la verdad. ' Aviven en una llama el don de Dios que les ha sido concedido en el Bautismo. Ilumina tu nación, ilumina el mundo, con el poder de esa llama". Papa San Juan Pablo II.

Padre nuestro, Tu plan desde el principio fue darnos a Tu Hijo, y entregarnos a Él, nuestra vida. Te damos gracias por los valientes hombres y mujeres que testificaron desde el principio: Dios venido en carne. Por Tu gracia, que podamos vivir este testimonio diariamente: Dios está entre nosotros, bendiciendo a Su pueblo. Amén.
