“And he sent messengers ahead of him, who went and entered a village of the Samaritans, to make ready for him; but the people would not receive him, because his face was set towards Jerusalem.” Luke 9:51-53.

Lord Jesus, the Samaritans help refused to receive You because You were headed for Jerusalem. Forgive us when we become selective in the way we welcome, treat or others because of the labels we have put on them. May we welcome and treat all as brothers and sisters. Amen.

"Y envió mensajeros delante de él, que fueron y entraron en una aldea de los samaritanos, para prepararle alojamiento; pero el pueblo no lo recibió, porque se dirigía hacia Jerusalén". Lucas 9:51-53.

Señor Jesús, los samaritanos se negaron a recibirte porque te dirigías a Jerusalén. Perdónanos cuando nos volvemos selectivos en la forma en que damos la bienvenida, tratamos a los demás debido a las etiquetas que les hemos puesto. Que podamos acoger y tratar a todos como hermanos y hermanas. Amén.
