Tuesday, November 21, 2023. Feast of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

“And there was a man named Zacchaeus; he was a chief tax collector, and rich. And he sought to see who Jesus was, but could not, on account of the crowd, because he was small of stature. So he ran on ahead and climbed up into a sycamore tree to see him . . .  And when Jesus came to the place, he looked up and said to him, “Zacchaeus, make haste and come down; for I must stay at your house today.” Luke 19:2-5.

Lord Jesus there a million stumbling blocks preventing us to meet You face to face. Give us the grace to confront and overcome them that we may always bask in Your presence face to face. Amen.

Martes 21 de noviembre 2023. Fiesta de la Presentación de la Santísima Virgen María.

"Había allí un hombre llamado Zaqueo; Era un jefe de recaudación de impuestos y rico. Y trató de ver quién era Jesús, pero no pudo, a causa de la multitud, porque era pequeño de estatura. Así que corrió adelante y se subió a un sicómoro para verlo. . .  Cuando Jesús llegó al lugar, alzó los ojos y le dijo: "Zaqueo, date prisa y desciende; porque hoy tengo que quedarme en tu casa. Lucas 19:2-5.

"No consultes tus temores, sino tus esperanzas y tus sueños... No te preocupes por lo que intentaste y fracasaste, sino por lo que todavía te es posible hacer". San Juan Pablo II.

Señor Jesús, hay un millón de piedras de tropiezo que nos impiden encontrarnos cara a cara. Danos la gracia de confrontarlos y vencerlos para que siempre podamos disfrutar de Tu presencia cara a cara. Amén.
