“And now, behold, I am going to Jerusalem, bound in the Spirit, not knowing what shall befall me there; except that the Holy Spirit testifies to me in every city that imprisonment and afflictions await me. But I do not account my life of any value nor as precious to myself, if only I may accomplish my course and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God.” Acts 20:22-24.

“Prayer draws into the soul the Holy Spirit and raises man to heaven.” St. Ephrem the Syrian.

Lord Jesus, You call Paul to fulfill Your mission on earth. You empowered him with Your Spirit so much so that the value he treasured was to testify to the gospel and accomplish Your mission. Share with us the same Spirit Lord that You may be our obsession. Amen.

"Ahora voy a Jerusalén, atado en el Espíritu, sin saber lo que allí me sucederá; excepto que el Espíritu Santo me advierte que en cada ciudad me esperan encarcelamiento y aflicciones. Pero no considero mi vida de ningún valor ni tan preciosa para mí mismo, si tan solo puedo cumplir mi curso y el ministerio que recibí del Señor Jesús, para dar testimonio del evangelio de la gracia de Dios". Hechos 20:22-24.

"La oración atrae al alma al Espíritu Santo y eleva al hombre al cielo". San Efrén el Sirio.

Señor Jesús, Tú llamas a Pablo para cumplir Tu misión en la tierra. Le diste tanto poder con Tu Espíritu que el valor que atesoraba era testificar el Evangelio y cumplir Tu misión. Comparte con nosotros el mismo Espíritu Señor que tú puedas ser nuestra obsesión. Amén.
