“Fill us at daybreak with your kindness, that we may shout for joy and gladness all our days,” (Psalms 90:14).

“Rivers do not drink their own water; trees do not eat their own fruit; the sun does not shine on itself and flowers do not spread their fragrance on themselves. Living for others is a rule of nature. We are born to help each other. No matter how difficult it is . . .  Life is good when you are happy; but much better when others are happy because of you.” Pope Francis

Father, help us to seek you at the start of each day.  Let us stop a moment and wait on you, with hearts open to be filled with all the graces you have for us this day. Amen

"Colmanos de tus favores por la mañana, que tengamos siempre risa y alegría" (Sal. 90:14).

"Los ríos no beben su propia agua; los árboles no comen su propia fruta; el sol no brilla sobre sí mismo y las flores no extienden su fragancia sobre sí mismas. Vivir para los demás es una regla de la naturaleza. Nacemos para ayudarnos unos a otros. No importa lo difícil que sea . . .  La vida es buena cuando eres feliz; pero mucho mejor cuando los demás son felices gracias a ti". Papa Francisco

Padre, ayúdanos a buscarte al comienzo de cada día.  Detengámonos un momento y esperemos en ti, con los corazones abiertos para llenarnos de todas las gracias que tienes para nosotros este día. Amén
