“Make them wash their garments and be ready for the third day…On the morning of the third day there were peals of thunder and lightning…Moses led the people out of the camp to meet God, and they stationed themselves at the foot of the mountain.” Exodus 19:10-11, 16-17.

“Desire to meet God, be fearful of losing Him, and find joy in everything that can lead to Him. If you act in this way, you will always live in peace.” St. Teresa of Avila.

My God, the people at Mt. Sinai were led by You, but in such a different way.  Bit by bit over time You revealed more of who You are, and then came the full revelation of Jesus, Your Son, the refulgence of the Father. May we meet in heaven, all those who went before us to make the way for You. Amen.

"Haz que laven sus prendas y estén listos para el tercer día... En la mañana del tercer día hubo truenos y relámpagos... Moisés sacó al pueblo del campamento para encontrarse con Dios, y se apostaron al pie de la montaña". Éxodo 19:10-11, 16-17.

"Deseo de encontrarse con Dios, tener miedo de perderlo y encontrar gozo en todo lo que pueda guiarte a Él. Si actúas de esta manera, siempre vivirás en paz". Santa Teresa de Ávila.

Dios mío, la gente en el Monte Sinaí fue guiada por Ti, pero de una manera tan diferente.  Poco a poco, con el tiempo, revelaste más de quién eres, y luego vino la revelación completa de Jesús, Tu Hijo, la refulgencia del Padre. Que nos encontremos en el cielo con todos aquellos que nos precedieron para hacer el camino hacia Ti. Amén.
