“God is light, and in him there is no darkness at all. If we say ‘We have fellowship with him’ while we continue to walk in darkness, we lie and do not act in truth. But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, then we have fellowship with one another, and the Blood of His Son Jesus cleanses us from all sin.” 1 John 1:5-7.

“The light O Lord, will be all from you: none of it will be mine. It will be your shining on others through me.” St. John Henry Newman.

Heavenly Father, when we walk in darkness, yet yearn for the light, we have forgotten to let ourselves be loved by You. By Your grace, may we receive all of Your love today that You so generously want to pour out on us. In turn then, we will love one another. Amen.

"Dios es luz, y en él no hay oscuridad alguna. Si decimos: "Tenemos comunión con él" mientras seguimos caminando en tinieblas, mentimos y no actuamos en verdad. Pero si andamos en la luz, como él está en la luz, entonces tenemos comunión los unos con los otros, y la sangre de su Hijo Jesús nos limpia de todo pecado". 1 Juan 1:5-7.

"La luz, oh Señor, vendrá toda de ti, y nada de ella será mía. Será tu resplandor sobre los demás a través de mí." St. John Henry Newman.

Padre Celestial, cuando caminamos en tinieblas, pero anhelamos la luz, nos hemos olvidado de dejarnos amar por Ti. Por Tu gracia, que hoy recibamos todo Tu amor que tan generosamente quieres derramar sobre nosotros. A su vez, entonces, nos amaremos los unos a los otros. Amén.
