“Jesus came although the doors were locked, and stood in their midst and said “Peace be with you.”  Then he said to Thomas, “Put your finger here and see my hands, and bring your hand and put it into my side, and do not be unbelieving but believe.” Thomas said to him “My Lord and my God!” John 20:26-28.

Lord God, what the Apostles experienced was so incredible. Yet even though we do not see You, You are here within us, and we are in You.  You are closer than our breath – Jesus may we trust You always, for our lives are hidden within You. Amen.

"Jesús vino aunque las puertas estaban cerradas, y se paró en medio de ellos y dijo: "La paz esté con ustedes".  Entonces le dijo a Tomás: "Pon tu dedo aquí y mira mis manos, extiende tu mano y ponla en mi costado, no seas incrédulo, sino cree". Tomás le dijo: "¡Señor mío y Dios mío!" Juan 20:26-28.

Señor Dios, lo que los apóstoles experimentaron fue tan increíble. Sin embargo, aunque no te veamos, Tú estás aquí dentro de nosotros, y nosotros estamos en Ti.  Estás más cerca que nuestro aliento – Jesús que podamos confiar en ti siempre, porque nuestras vidas están escondidas dentro de ti. Amén.
