“Keep me O God, for in you I take refuge; I say to the Lord ‘My Lord are You.’…I bless the Lord who counsels me; even in the night my heart exhorts me. I set the Lord ever before me; with Him at my right hand I shall not be disturbed.” Psalm 16:1-2, 7-8.

“Thus abide constantly with the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ, so that the heart swallows the Lord and the Lord the heart, and the two become one.” St. John Chrysostom.

My Jesus, may You grant us this grace – to have our heart and our mind set on You. Only You can accomplish this in us Lord. Be our help and our light. You in us, we in You, as we serve You with joy every day. Amen.

"Guárdame, oh Dios, pues me refugio en ti; Le digo al Señor: 'Tú eres mi Señor'. ... Bendigo al Señor que me aconseja; Hasta de noche me instruye mi conciencia. Pongo al Señor siempre delante de mí; con Él a mi diestra no vacilaré". Salmos 16:1-2, 7-8.

"Permanece así constantemente con el nombre de nuestro Señor Jesucristo, para que el corazón se trague al Señor y el Señor el corazón, y los dos lleguen a ser uno" San Juan Crisóstomo.

Jesús mío, que nos concedas esta gracia: tener nuestro corazón y nuestra mente puestos en Ti. Solo Tú puedes lograr esto en nosotros, Señor. Sé nuestra ayuda y nuestra luz. Tú en nosotros, nosotros en Ti, mientras te servimos con alegría todos los días. Amén.
