Friday, October 7, 2022 – Memorial of Our Lady of the Rosary

“Brothers and Sisters, realize that it is those who have faith who are children of Abraham. Scripture, which saw in advance that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, foretold the good news to Abraham saying: Through you shall all the nations be blessed.” Galatians 3:7-8

“Faith is to believe what you do not see; the reward of this faith is to see what you believe.” St. Augustine.

Lord Jesus, through the intercession of Mary our Mother, increase our love and devotion to the Rosary, our powerful weapon against evil. And by Your mercy Lord, increase our faith, that we will live as true sons and daughters of Abraham, our father in faith. Amen.

"Hermanos y hermanas, dense cuenta de que aquellos que tienen fe son hijos de Abraham. La Escritura, anticipo que Dios justificaría a los gentiles por fe, predijo las buenas nuevas a Abraham diciendo: Por medio de ti serán bendecidas todas las naciones". Gálatas 3:7-8.

"La fe es creer lo que no ves; la recompensa de esta fe es ver lo que crees." San Agustín.

Señor Jesús, por intercesión de María nuestra Madre, aumenta nuestro amor y devoción al Rosario, nuestra poderosa arma contra el mal. Y por Tu misericordia Señor, aumenta nuestra fe, para que vivamos como verdaderos hijos e hijas de Abraham, nuestro padre en la fe. Amén.
