“There is need of living well, but there is even more need of dying well, especially today, where people think only of enjoyment here on earth, rejecting eternity.” St. Luigi Guanella.

Father, as St. Augustine said, you have created us for Yourself and our hearts are restless until they rest in You. It is You we have to fear for if we were to miss heaven, for eternity, we would miss everything. Give us the grace to work for heaven every moment of our life. Amen.

Padre, como dijo San Agustín, tú nos has creado para Ti y nuestros corazones están inquietos hasta que descansen en Ti. Eres Tú a quien tenemos que temer porque si perdiéramos el cielo, por la eternidad, perderíamos todo. Danos la gracia de trabajar por el cielo en cada momento de nuestra vida. Amén.
