“The lamp of the body is the eye; if your eye is sound, your whole body will be filled with light; but if your eye is bad, your whole body will be in darkness.  And if the light in you is darkness, how great will the darkness be.” Matthew 6:22-23.

Lord Jesus, help us to perceive the goodness in one another, the light of God in each soul.  Help us to see as God sees, overlooking faults of others and instead responding to the goodness God has created. As we see light, may we be filled with light. Amen.

"La lámpara del cuerpo es el ojo; si su ojo está sano, todo su cuerpo se llenará de luz; pero si tu ojo es malo, todo tu cuerpo estará en la oscuridad.  Y si la luz en ti es oscuridad, cuánto más grande serán tus tinieblas". Mateo 6:22-23.

Señor Jesús, ayúdanos a percibir la bondad en los demás, la luz de Dios en cada alma.  Ayúdanos a ver como Dios ve, pasando por alto las faltas de los demás y, en cambio, respondiendo a la bondad que Dios ha creado. Al ver la luz, que nos llenemos de luz. Amén.
