“Jesus said to him ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the greatest and the first commandment.  The second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. The whole law and prophets depend on these two commandments.” Matthew 22:37-40.

“You learn to speak by speaking, to study by studying, to run by running, to work by working and just so, you learn to love by loving. All those who think to learn in any other way deceive themselves.” St. Francis de Sales.

My God, we have the desire to love You with all our being, and we fall short. You must make the way. May we grow in love as we serve You in others. May we grow in compassion as we act with merciful love. You in us Lord, there is no other Way. Amen.

"Jesús le dijo: Amarás al Señor tu Dios con todo tu corazón, con toda tu alma y con toda tu mente. Este es el mandamiento más grande y el primero.  El segundo es semejante: Amarás a tu prójimo como a ti mismo. Toda la ley y los profetas se fundamentan en estos dos mandamientos". Mateo 22:37-40.

"Aprendes a hablar hablando, a estudiar estudiando, a correr corriendo, a trabajar trabajando y así, aprendes a amar amando. Todos aquellos que piensan aprender de cualquier otra manera se engañan a sí mismos". San Francisco de Sales.

Dios mío, tenemos el deseo de amarte con todo nuestro ser, y nos quedamos cortos. Debes hacer el camino. Que crezcamos en amor a medida que te servimos en los demás. Ruego que crezcamos en compasión al actuar con amor misericordioso. Tú en nosotros, Señor, no hay otro Camino. Amén.
