Lord Jesus, we lift all those in leadership and positions of responsibility: may they care and not neglect those they lead; may they enrich rather than profit from them; may they treat them mercifully rather that mercilessly. May they be worthy of the trust of those they lead. Amen.

Señor Jesús, elevamos a todos los que están en liderazgo y posiciones de responsabilidad: que se preocupen y no descuiden a los que lideran; que se enriquezcan en lugar de beneficiarse de ellos; que los traten con misericordia y no con piedad. Que sean dignos de la confianza de quienes dirigen. Amén.
