“When the magi had departed, behold the angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream and said ‘Rise, take the child and his mother and flee to Egypt, and stay there until I tell you.  Herod is going to search for the child to destroy him.” Matthew 2:13.

“We too can be saints in our family, in our neighborhood wherever we live and work. Be a person who listens to what people need, communicating not only to grieve or tell others about your own problems. Listen in order to intercede and help out.” Pope Francis.

Heavenly Father, families are under much pressure today, from all sides.  We pray through the intercession of St. Joseph, for the protection of families, and that families will stay intact and be a secure refuge for children. Amen.

"Cuando los magos se fueron, he aquí que el ángel del Señor se le apareció a José en un sueño y le dijo: 'Levántate, toma al niño y a su madre y huye a Egipto, y quédate allí hasta que te lo diga.  Herodes va a buscar al niño para destruirlo". Mateo 2:13.

"Nosotros también podemos ser santos en nuestra familia, en nuestro vecindario dondequiera que vivamos y trabajemos. Sea una persona que escucha lo que la gente necesita, comunicándose no solo para llorar o contarle a los demás sobre sus propios problemas. Escucha para interceder y ayudar". Papa Francisco.

Padre Celestial, las familias están bajo mucha presión hoy, desde todos los lados.  Oramos por intercesión de San José, por la protección de las familias, y para que las familias permanezcan intactas y sean un refugio seguro para los niños. Amén.
