“Whenever the object of clay which he was making turned out badly, he tried again, making…another object of whatever sort he pleased. Then the word of the Lord came to me: Can I not do to you, house of Israel, as this potter has done? Says the Lord…indeed so are you in my hand,” (Jeremiah 18:4-6).

Holy Spirit – you are the potter, we are the clay. Make of us what you will. Pay no heed if we squirm away, we often don’t know what is best for us. You are all good, all trustworthy. Indeed, your name is Faithful and True! Amen
